scrying the wind, talking to a sib, brewing a storm
The wind... it's in chaos... Oh my head... Worse than the vision headaches... nloiaewlaIH-

[Voice Transmission Activated]

SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! [A horrible sound like something sharp being scraped across glass]

[ooc: Tris is very much effected being an ambient mage who specializes in weather and wind. That loud screech would be Chime who is going to be trying to attract anyone and everyone's attention since Tris passed out right on the keyboard. Someone help?]

worried, sad
Honestly... talking furniture, how silly... Complete nonsense... [The clinking of a tea cup as she lifts it]

[A soft female voice that has a noble hint to it] Now that isn't true, Tris. You should know that.

[Drops the cup and it shatters on the floor] S-Sandry?! Where are you?!

I'm your dress, dear, Sandry wove her magic into this one, remember?

O-oh... I hate this city! I HATE IT! Gods blasted thing... I want to go home... Sandry... Briar... Daja...

[End transmission]

[ooc: The explanation is that her foster sister Sandry is a stritch witch who made her dress, Sandry's magic is still in the dress and is a part of her so it has her voice.]

cloak, distant, goodbye

Hm... My tide braids are waning in power. They're falling out of their pins.

If anything this unnatural place still has the tides and I can recharge the power of my mages kit.

I'll see if I can send my power through the water to see where the boundries of this place are.

[ooc: Anyone who frequents the beach feel free to notice Tris. She'll be sitting on a rock near the water in a complete trance. Also, the tides near her will be weakening when they hit the beach.]

Attention to the black creature that looked into my dwelling, attempt to do so again and you will be struck by lightning repeatedly until you are quite crisp and THEN I will be feeding you to Chime. I do not know what you are or where you came from but no matter what world you are from being a peeping Tom is wrong!

[ooc: A polite service message from the resident shirt tempered weather mage]

If anyone could direct me to where I could find some headache tea, I would be greatful. These blasted scrying headaches are getting worse... If this keeps up I'll need to draw on my tide braids...

Edit: Also, can anyone tell me where I can find glass coloring agents for Chime? I cannot have her trying to eat anymore human food.

you MUST be kidding, ooh mad
Oh Chime you BLASTED thing! You broke my spectacles! [A crackling noise like there's a loose electrical line] They were my last pair! Now how am I going to block the wind visions?!

[A cooing that sounds like a crystal goblet being hit lightly]

Oh I know you didn't mean it, but still! What's done is done and while I can fix my eyesight with my magic you know I don't like to!

Ergh! I'm going to the library!

[ooc: Feel free to comment about seeing a frumpy red head stalking towards the library and flinching everytime there's a wind]

Well, I've gotten a home at least. It's a start for now. Now there's this blasted ticking, it fades when Chime's around but it never really goes away. It's enough to drive a woman maukie. I did not just say maukie. Assaia help me I just used one of Briar's slang words. And there is a library here as well, so I believe I will be visiting it soon.

...Does anyone know how to work one of these blasted stoves? I can't find where you put in the wood!

[ooc: Someone move in with her? Or at least teach her how to use her stove?]

I still can't feel them. I guess I'm stuck.

Tessla, thank you for helping catch Chime. She made some glass flame's earlier this morning, so you can have one as reimbursement for your help. I won't ever let it be said that I took charity from anyone.

Prathmun bless magpies! Chime's flown off again because of them! The stupid beasts just hate her for some reason!

Now I have to go chasing her all across this thrice cursed city!

[ooc: Tris's glass dragon companion will be flying about now harrassing birds and eating anything she thinks will make her flames colorful, feel free to tell Tris that Chime ate something of your characters

BTW, 'prathmun bless' is not a blessing at all as prathmun are like the untouchables of Tris's world.]

This is definitely not the Duke's Citadel. In fact, I don't even think this is Emelan anymore. The breezes here aren't familiar and there are so many strange images...

I can't feel Briar, Sandry or Daja.

Chime seems to like it here well enough. Oh blast, she's trying to eat something again!

Hm... There's an ocean, at least.
